Try your form before subscribing
Build a draft, check it on phone and desktop, and fill it in yourself. The preview shows validation and confirmation without saving responses or sending email. Subscribe when you are ready to publish and collect responses.
Share a link or embed it
Use a hosted form page when you need a link to share. Paste the embed into your website when you want visitors to stay on your page. Both use the same form and inbox, and both are included in the price.
Add text, email, phone, number and date fields, choices and consent. Use your own logo and colours, with readable light and dark themes.
Keep control of responses
Read responses in your inbox, mark them as read or unread, and export them as CSV. Choose how long responses are kept. Email notifications can go to verified members of your Workspace.
Built-in spam protection filters automated submissions; you can review messages marked as spam. Visitors need JavaScript to submit.
One monthly subscription
The response allowance is shared across all your standalone forms. If you reach it, new responses are paused until the next billing period. There are no automatic overage charges.
Cancel at any time. Your subscription stays available until the end of the paid period. After that, your existing inbox and export remain available while the responses are retained under your settings.
Already using MakeSite?
The standard MakeSite contact form is included with MakeSite. You do not need a separate MakeForm subscription for it, and it does not use your standalone response allowance.
