DutchBSD B.V. uses the name, email address and message provided through its contact form to read and answer the inquiry. A name is optional. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Storage and email
The form uses DutchBSD's MakeForm service. Submissions are stored in the DutchBSD account for 90 days from receipt and removed by scheduled cleanup after that period. Authorized account members can access the inbox. Submission details are also sent to the account owner's verified email address using Resend.
Deleting the MakeForm record does not delete the email notification or subsequent correspondence. These email copies are handled separately in the mailbox. Backup copies and operational logs follow the applicable service retention arrangements.
Spam protection
The form uses a hidden spam field, checks the originating website, and limits repeated submissions. No third-party challenge is loaded. The form works without JavaScript, and the email option on the contact page remains available.
